The Heritage Food Litigation Fund accepts donations for litigation expenses to support small farmers and artisan food producers suffering enforcement actions from government agencies. The litigation fund advances the mission of FTCLDF to protect the rights of sustainable family farms and local artisans to sell their products and of consumers to have access to the foods of their choice. These funds will be used to pay litigation expenses for FTCLDF members only.
